1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the sale and delivery of services provided by SDK International Limited (Company No. 09705619), registered in England and Wales. 2. Services Provided
We provide customised business reports, including desktop valuation reports, executive summaries, and investment memorandums. These reports are tailored based on information provided by the client via an online questionnaire after the order is placed. Our services are intended to provide transparent, consistent, and objective insights to assist decision-making.

3. Ordering and Payment
Orders are placed and paid for online via secure card payment.
Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.
All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of VAT.
Upon completion of your order, you will receive an email confirmation.

4. Delivery
Reports are typically delivered via email within 6 to 48 hours from the date the client submits all necessary information via our questionnaire.
If clarification or further information is required, delivery may be delayed until adequate data is received.
We are not responsible for delays due to incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.

5. Refunds and Cancellations
5.1 Cancel within 24 hours.
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase by emailing info@valuedge.ai. If we have not begun work, we will issue a full refund. If work has started, we may deduct a reasonable pro-rata amount for work performed.
5.2 Revisions if you’re not satisfied.
If you are not satisfied with the delivered report, email info@valuedge.ai within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide reasonable revisions consistent with your plan’s limits. If we are unable to remedy the issue, a refund may be offered at our discretion, assessed case-by-case.
5.3 When refunds are not available.
Refunds are not available after the 48-hour window or where the report meets the agreed scope and specifications, except in cases of clear service failure (e.g., non-delivery, material errors that prevent use).
5.4 How to request.
Include your order ID, delivery date, and a brief description of the issue. We may request supporting information to assess the claim.
5.5 Exceptions.
Fees paid to third-party data providers, rush/expedited fees, and other pass-through costs are non-refundable.
5.6 Your statutory rights.
Nothing in this section affects any non-excludable rights you may have under applicable law
